• Added a new package version without pinned tool versions.
  • This will allow the latest versions of avr-gcc and avrdude used by the Arduino AVR core to be used by the IDE and CLI, rather than using the quite outdated avr-gcc 4.8.1-arduino5 and avrdude 6.0.1-arduino5

Improvements

• Minor changes to documentation and formatting in pins_arduino.h

Bug Fixes

• Fixed the package size for the zip; the Arduino CLI was unable to download the package with an incorrect size listed.
