Currently these classes appear to be doing the same kind of work. Why is there a distinction? They seem to be the same thing.

@diatomsRcool @laurenechan @matentzn updating ticket after the RO call.

In RO PR #606, the following was decided:

Remint a new ECTO IRI for the exposure event class. Chris and others did not want an ExO dependency in RO.
Use the new IRI in RO. Once we have this IRI, I can simply update the RO PR.
Eventually we will replace ECTO IRI with a new IRI minted by COB.
