[$250] Android - App crashed when try to split bill for group.

Action Performed:

1. Open App and login with HT account
2. Go to any group
3. Tap on [+] and select split bill
4. Tap on select and deselect the participants of the IOU (maybe 2 times)

Expected Result:

App should be stay on page without crash.

Actual Result:

App crashed.

@Julesssss I checked with team this morning, and issue is still reproduceable in tester's high traffic account after clear cookies and cache.

This is inconsistently reproducible and only for Android users with high traffic accounts.

So I'm removing the deploy blocker label.
