This release matches the airpwn-ng version for 2.0.4.

Notable differences in this release:

• Python2 has been completely phased out
• airpwn-ng is now a module and can be obtained as easily as python3 -m pip install airpwn-ng
• Airtun-ng has replaced pyDot11 as the cryptography mechanism
• Prior features from airpwn-ng were removed so that the code itself would concentrate on the core functionality of winning the TCP injection race rather than the multiple options previously available
