Overview of the Feature Request

Integrate the file upload page UI from GitHub issue 366 with the js-dataverse use cases implemented on IQSS/dataverse-client-javascript#153.

We don't necessarily have to wait for IQSS/dataverse-client-javascript#153 to be merged for working on the integration since we already have an npm version generated from the PR.

What kind of user is the feature intended for?
SPA user.

What inspired the request?
UI and js-dataverse work.

What existing behavior do you want changed?
None

Any brand-new behavior do you want to add to Dataverse?
Functional file upload feature

Any open or closed issues related to this feature request?
