Dataverse - Description text truncated

We are allowing unlimited characters for textbox fields (like description), so we should truncate these on the view dataverse page (with a view more link)

Are any actual users complaining about this? Does anyone care if we ever fix this or not? If not, we might want to consider closing it. Someone can come along in the future and open a new issue.

Yes. I am going to remove the label and promise to consolidate this issue into a more comprehensive dataverse UI improvements issue.

There are some simple CSS solutions out there to consider when trying to solve this.
