Error waiting for frames on f200

On some occasions, I get an error message saying there was an error waiting for frames, and the entire program freezes, then crashes. Not sure what causes this bug, as it occurs randomly.

The F200 is effectively being replaced by the SR300 so our support on this front will be minimal, especially without more insight into the issue. The timeout occurs because the camera stopped sending data and is usually initiated by the camera. If you want to hack on the issue, you can look at the private F200 API around printing the hardware exception code.
