fix bug: sometimes, calls for get_device_time_ms() takes very long (~250 ms).
The assumption is that the system time corresponding with device time is in the midpoint between start and end of get_device_time_ms().
In these cases, this assumption is not true.

…the assumption that the system time corresponding with hw time is in the midpoint between start and end of call is not true.

That is caused by multiple retries to call the device. Without more specific information about the duration of the call, we choose to ignore this data.
