What is the problem this feature will solve?

Allow converting external POIs to a tiled based solution, the first step is to convert the external POIs to a geojson file.

What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?

Sync issues when it comes to POIs, related to

What alternatives have you considered or tried?

Patching this again, which doesn't seem like the right solution and doesn't scale.
