I would like to point out that identifiers like "_BUILTIN_PROTO_H_" and "__HASHING_H_" do not fit to the expected naming convention of the C language standard.
Would you like to adjust your selection for unique names?

These became visible when working on #37163.
Most are not in a truly performance-critical path (though of course
FrameCode optimization is not entirely uncritical, either), but one of them
is.
