Compile helper files

The Dockerfile in this repository relies on a bunch of source code files that are hosted on my server ( https://wii.leseratte10.de/devkitPro ). This Github release contains them all, so you could even compile devkitARM when my server is down for whatever reason.

Currently there is no easy way to make the script use the local sources instead of downloading them from my server. For the normal end user, these archives are not needed (you can download the precompiled binaries instead), and for developers these usually aren't needed either. You'd only need them if the wii.leseratte10.de server happens to be down, and you want to compile a copy of devkitARM yourself.

devkitARM r32 2020-02-20

Precompiled binaries of devkitARM r32, for Debian Squeeze (original), Debian Buster, Ubuntu Bionic (18.04 LTS) and Ubuntu Focal (20.04 LTS). I have compiled the d2xl-cIOS with all four versions, and it resulted in four identical binaries.

First build of devkitARM r32 using this repository. This has been built on Debian Squeeze and probably doesn't run on newer versions.
