Removed dead logging code from wrapper. Built in new ViewModel base
Built sharpLogger output for main logging output instances
Removed nuget files from repo and pushing some small changes
Updated Ignore to remove configuration for the Nuget files
Renamed some folders internally. Updating repo ignore
Testing new changes made for UI Content views. Pushing new package and DLL out to SharpWrap repo

Pulling changes for DLL viewing into our dev branch to build unit tests and resolve style/output issues in regression tests
