Needed for the SGX graphics driver

The patch adds a simple binding document for the Ingenic JZ4780
Low power Control Register

The Ingenic jz4780 SoC contains a Low power Control Register
which may be used to turn off power to various parts of the SoC.

The modules which may be powered down are the Secondary CPU, the VPU, GPU and
GPS modules.

This patch adds a driver providing regulator API access to the Ingenic jz4780
Low power Control Register. Through this register various devices
in the SoC may be powered down.

The driver provides regulators for powering up/down the GPS module,
GPU, VPU and secondary CPU.

Adding the LCR regulator to the SoC tree allows
other devices to get a handle to the regulators

jz4780 LCR driver added

This isn't the 'perfect'/upstreamable way to handle LCR driver because the
register overlaps with the cgu one. And there are other bits in the register
that might be used by the cgu driver.

Something like sharing via mfd/syscon might be needed while upstreaming.

Should be ok for simple gpu/vpu/scpu enable/disable in 3.18

1. "dm: optimize use SRCU and RCU" removes the use of dm_table_put.
2. "dm: remove request-based logic from make_request_fn wrapper" necessitates
    calling dm_setup_md_queue or else the request_queue's make_request_fn
    pointer ends being unset.

syzbot caught an infinite recursion in nsh_gso_segment().

Problem here is that we need to make sure the NSH header is of
reasonable length.

BUG: MAX_LOCK_DEPTH too low!
turning off the locking correctness validator.

ravb/sh_eth: fix sleep in atomic by reusing shared ethtool handlers

For ages trivial changes to RAVB and SuperH ethernet links by means of
standard 'ethtool' trigger a 'sleeping function called from invalid
context' bug, to visualize it on r8a7795 ULCB:

  % ethtool -r eth0

The root cause is that an attempt to modify ECMR and GECMR registers
only when RX/TX function is disabled was too overcomplicated in its
original implementation, also processing of an optional Link Change
interrupt added even more complexity, as a result the implementation
was error prone.

The new locking scheme is confirmed to be correct by dumping driver
specific and generic PHY framework function calls with aid of ftrace
while running more or less advanced tests.

Please note that sh_eth patches from the series were built-tested only.

On purpose I do not add Fixes tags, the reused PHY handlers were added
way later than the fixed problems were firstly found in the drivers.

Changes from v1 to v2:
* the original patches are split to bugfixes and enhancements only,
both v1 and v2 series are absolutely equal in total, thus I omit
description of changes in individual patches,
* the latter implies that there should be no strict need for retesting,
but because formally two series are different, I have to drop the tags
given by Geert and Andrew, please send your tags again.

The current number of KVM_IRQCHIP_NUM_PINS results in an order 3
allocation (32kb) for each guest start/restart. This can result in OOM
killer activity even with free swap when the memory is fragmented
enough:

As far as I can tell s390x does not use the iopins as we bail our for
anything other than KVM_IRQ_ROUTING_S390_ADAPTER and the chip/pin is
only used for KVM_IRQ_ROUTING_IRQCHIP. So let us use a small number to
reduce the memory footprint.

When multiple adapters are present in the system, pci hot-removing second
adapter leads to the following warning as both the adapters registered
thermal zone device with same thermal zone name/type.
Therefore, use unique thermal zone name during thermal zone device
initialization. Also mark thermal zone dev NULL once unregistered.

By keep sending L2CAP_CONF_REQ packets, chan->num_conf_rsp increases
multiple times and eventually it will wrap around the maximum number
(i.e., 255).
This patch prevents this by adding a boundary check with
L2CAP_MAX_CONF_RSP
