It looks like codecov uploads haven't been succeeding for around 20 days (see codecov dashboard).

Interestingly, they seem to be working from forks more recently than that for reasons I don't quite understand.

See the error in the logs:

Error: Codecov token not found. Please provide Codecov token with -t flag.
Warning: Codecov: Failed to properly create commit: The process '/home/runner/work/_actions/codecov/codecov-action/v4.1.0/dist/codecov' failed with exit code 1
