Define comprehensive list of semantic types of relevance to translator #15

@stuppie notes that our original list lacked categories such as 'sequence variant', which will be crucial

@andrewsu note that we may need some unknown, or root level category such as 'Thing'

Where is the original list and what vocabs are being used to define these categories?

@jmcmurry the translator-knowledge-beacon API has a /types call which should return the list of types provided by each beacon. Whether or not beacons properly filter on this is not fully reviewed.
