This repository is meant as a living collection of requirements about metadata profiles that are relevant in the energy domain.

If you are interested in a collection of metadata attributes that you can use for your data and there is something you do not see represented, please create an issue and we will review your request and updated the requirements accordingly. That way the next release cycle of the metadata collection does contain the changes.
Further guidelines on how to create issues is currently under development.
This repository does contain some general requirements (as markdown file) for the usage of metadata profiles in general. Moreover, there will be more markdown files to target metadata for special types of data sets - each having their own scope and requirements.
