I'm going to implement a new module for nz-tooltip, may name "nzx-tooltip", usage may be:
<a nzx-tooltip title="i am a tooltip">show tooltip</a>

can just reuse the nz-tooltip directive

besides that, only implements directive but component will lost the style.

@vthinkxie Try creating a tooltip component is a way to remain styles
