What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Look at YSO vocabulary home page metadata in English or Swedish

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The page shows "DC11:SOURCE" instead of "Source" (en) or "Källa" (sv). Curiously, the Finnish translation ("Lähde") shows up fine.

Curiously, the GACSdemo installation (currently running latest v1.5-maintenance) shows similar but different behavior: dc11:source is translated properly to "Source", but dc11:creator is left untranslated.
