What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Open the link above or any other deprecated concept that is replaced by more than one concept.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected to see both replacing concepts "health and wellness sector" and "health sector" in the deprecation alert box. However, only one the first one is shown in the alert.

Could be fixed by iterating through all the isReplacedBy property values and adding one row for each. Or separating the concepts with a comma. This would be better, but it would also require pluralizing the translation strings.
