Invalid label and URI shown for some PNR mappings

At which URL did you encounter the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Look at "Etelä-Suomi" or "Länsi-Suomi" in YSA

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected to see corresponding mappings to PNR, but one or the other of these two shows up wrong even though the underlying YSA data is correct. See screenshot:

I'm guessing that this could be caused by the use of a hash URI in PNR. Maybe there is some sort of caching that drops the localname after the # character in the cache keys?
