Last Stolon release to include all fixes so far except zalando postgres upgrade. This will be used as migration point to v2.1.0-beta.1

TLS is and should be the default conncection to postgres. With Zalando, it will be default, but to ease up the transition from stolon to zalando and to preapre v2.0.4, it is switched off temporarily.
Will be reverted in v2.1.0.

The make update assumes that develop builds always with the most recent
submodule updates. This is not needed for tagged builds and for non develop builds.
For theses builds, a git submodule update --recursive should be sufficient as it is
setting up the intended dependencies.
