I need to figure out the whole $PATH issue. Ubuntu isn't keeping it like Mac does....
Given that the swift path is active, the script will completely build and install swift, PerfectLib, and PerfectServer.
Going to let the runner pick their choice to install the swift PATH.

Hi @Midorusha for your work on these installer files - however we've moved the Perfect focus to Swift 3 and Perfect 2. Thanks! |

I created a script to get the Perfect Server up and running with all dependencies on a free/existing Ubuntu box.
