This PR adds a new wiki page containing a brief greeting for new players. This page is opened automatically when user with no characters logs in. It also has a button to "get started", which returns the player to the character selection screen (or login if wiki is accessed while not logged in).
Another improvement as part of this PR is proper support for url-based tabs and fixes to the contacts list tabs.
Third improvement is a fix for restoring url when player was redirected to the login screen when trying to access a screen that requires login while not logged in.
