Converts cytoset to flowSet when extracting data in COMPASSContainerFromGatingSet(), if necessary.
I was getting the following warning every time I called plot.COMPASSResult():

In brewer.pal(10, "Purples") :
  n too large, allowed maximum for palette Purples is 9
Returning the palette you asked for with that many colors

So I lowered the n to 9. No longer getting the warning.
