First commit for migration to bootstrap 4.
Version for QA.
- Fix sidebar navigation by adding JS script in index.html - Make use of FontAwsome icons instead of glyphicons - Migrate some classes to bootstrap 4 and fix some styling - Fix display of badges in paths methods
- Migrate labels to badges
Remove old bootstrap files.
