Many OTOBO Perl modules have a POD section called 'TERMS AND CONDITIONS' or similar. In these cases the license is stated twice, as there is also the license blurb at the head of the file. This is not nice. A problem is that sometimes there a slight differences in the stated version of the GPL.

  • Header: # Foundation, either version 3 of the License, or (at your option) any later version.

  • POD: did not receive this file, see L<https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.txt>.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS were removed in rel-10_0 and rel-10_1. Closing.
