Fix typo sysfs system LED brightness value.
- How I did it
Change the value from 1k, 4k to 1hz, 4hz.
- How to verify it
When system boot up check the system led value
cat /sys/devices/platform/baseboard/sys_ledthe default value suffix must beXhz- Description for the changelog
