Fixed UI overlay map

GPK mod for Tera toolbox. Fixing issue with broken overlay map in Tera Online since p103

Features:

Fixed incorrect positioning after zone change
Hide auto moving map positioning button
Ignore already installed auto moving map positioning setting from server
Decreased minimal map scale to version pre 103
Slighty increased transparency for background picture
