Wow! The power of open source. I was just about to read up on how to contribute my solution when I saw this. Great job @rosspb3! Hope someone approves this soon. Our CI job will be faster and installing en Windows much easier if you don't already has all build requirements for pandas. |

Removed the pandas library as a requirement, since its usage was minimal.
