does the StackExchange.Redis support sentinel auto switch?

The current build definitely does not support this. There is a PR in the pipe for sentinel functionality. I have not yet had chance to review it, and cannot say what features it supports.

The current client fully supports redis cluster. If you're asking about sentinel-specific cluster behaviours: see previous reply.

Please follow #1067 for Sentinel support. We're working on testing options now!
