Loading

  • resets when logging in/out
  • persists to storage even if there is no user (we can load it later)
  • pushes to API when syncing and on LibUpdate
  • when we init a new runtime and dispatch LoadCtx, stuff will be loaded from storage
  • only the recent bucket will be saved if we're modifying a recent item
  • init two apps/runtimes, do something on one, expect the other one to follow on LibSync
