Motivation: Update for DSM7 compatibility

Remarks

This PR includes an update of the generic DSM5 and DSM6 installer to create a link for compatiblity with DSM7 var folder.
So package specific config files can use the /var/packages/{package-name}/var folder for all DSM versions.

- update redis to v5.0.12
- adjust redis.conf for DSM7
- update installer for DSM5 and DSM6 to create link for DSM7 var folder
