This is the last version that will work through Streamlabs Chatbot.
Temporarily disabled ROM hash detection.
Removed Honest Gamer. (please disable it in the bot script)
Exported light medium and heavy help item rewards to ToolConfig.
Horde enemies are selected from a set list, instead of an HP cap.
Fixed a bug that made it possible for a Horde enemy to prevent a relic from spawning.
Bankrupt and Pandora now cause all collectable items on the map to respawn.
Subweapons only locks the player out of using pounches.
Cripple now also activates underwater physics for the duration.
Fixed a bug that was causing predictable RNG behavior.
Khaos relics always grants flight in the second castle.
Fixed a bug that made Endurance clones have too much HP. Now both have 1.7x.
