Add cancel button to the remote debugging dialog

1. Add a "cancel" button on the "Wait for VM" dialog, to enable canceling of execution, if ran on debug , by accident, for example.
2. print out the debug port in the dialog, in case executed with debug parameters.
   Debug can be obtained using: jps –v

please add a property to remove this check-box from the runner (QA users should not use it in daily basis)

There is already a cancel button. just need to add event to it.
