This is the first released version of the thesis : "Implementing Multi-Organizational Systems: Strategies and Ecosystems through Change Theory and Impact-Driven M&E.".
This second version include the Abstract + introduction. Because this new idea sprang late, I couldn't finish the State of the Art for the deadline. A corrected version will be published when the State of the Art is fully finished and polished.
