Sticky notes

First release of Sticky notes (module name in DNN is 'Geeltjes').
Tested in 8.0.4 en 9.1.1
It does not work in 9.2.0

Original concept is from ICATT interactive media.
Stefan Kamphuis (40 Fingers) has removed the ICATT-dependencies and applied DNN best practices where possible.
