Hi, I was providing liquidity to a uniswap pool when it was frozen. Now I can't remove liquidity. Something needs to be done about the $200,000 that is now stuck in that liquidity pool, the ETH is locked in there. |

@venik88 all liquidity providers for the last 2 locked OCEAN/ETH pools have been airdropped the combined provided liquidity value in OCEAN to make up for the locked tokens. |

At Ocean Protocol we moved to a new token contract today. This PR updates OCEAN to that new contract address.
The old contract for OCEAN (
0x985dd3d42de1e256d09e1c10f112bccb8015ad41) has been paused indefinitely, and OCEAN will be continued in a new contract with the new contract address (0x7AFeBBB46fDb47ed17b22ed075Cde2447694fB9e).Closes #302
