The original release of Superfold. There are several issues with SHAPE/Shannon entropy plotting and region calling. SHAPE reactivities were not plotted with Shannon entropies. Low SHAPE low Shannon region calling was confounded by sequences with >10 nucleotides without SHAPE reactivity data.
