RSS Block: Additional configurations

There are a number of additional configuration options that would be good to have in the RSS block:

• In the list view we should provide the option to remove the bullets
• The Title, Author, Date and Except portions of the block should be configurable by global styles for Font Family, Font Weight, Font Size, Color and Line Height. This might be best achieved by using Inner Blocks for these portions of the block
• We should add support for custom padding to this block. We also need a way to control spacing between the items.

Would it be feasible to add an option to extract a featured image from each <description> and create a thumbnail image for each item?
