constant Loofah::HTML5::WhiteList is deprecated

i got this warning by startup:

Don't know how important it is, but i think it should be fixed next time ;)

The developer claims it was fixed in version 1.2.3, however at least with redmine 4.1.3 using plugin version 1.2.3, the warning still exists.
