Show Performance Data Dialog looks scary

@larz0 We've never put a lot of effort into the UI of that dialog since the whole Debug menu is just for Brackets development, not for general usage. (Eventually I think we'll even have the menu hidden by default, until you enable "dev mode" or somesuch). Do you think it's worth improving the appearance here?

@larz0 Note that I just merged #6329 where the "x" button was removed from every dialog except this one, since it doesn't have a close button. I leave it to you to decide if you want to keep it or remove it and add a close button, when fixing this issue :)
