Long time no see! This version is a hotfix, but the behavior of the module loading MAY have changed.

• fix some issues with module loaders (webpack for example). The dependency to window.jQuery was too strong
• fix an issue with setFocus(0, 0)
• add offset parameter for image markers
• changes and additions to the map converter
• fix some jsdoc typos

Bonus: a demo.html file was added
