  1. feat(CLI): Introduce CLI arguments as options 

    Introduce two CLI arguments to control certain build behaviours.

- --clean (--c): Clean the distribution folder before each build
- --pretty (--p): Prettify URLs (e.g. foo/bar instead of foo/bar.html)
