[MSITE-1012] Clean up notion that sites aren't deployed to repositories

Following this checklist to help us incorporate your
contribution quickly and easily:

• Make sure there is a JIRA issue filed
  for the change (usually before you start working on it). Trivial changes like typos do not
  require a JIRA issue. Your pull request should address just this issue, without
  pulling in other changes.

Thank you for the PR and to align the topic about the non existing site repository term in other places of the plugin. I'm not an official commiter, so I don't know if another person has to accept your changes too. Nevertheless you get an "accept" from me 👍

One thing as I don't know yet how deprecation of attributes is handled in Maven: 1) We could create an issue for the actual removal to have this topic on the list (regardless of the moment it will be done). 2) Shall we (Can we technically) add a warning in the console so the user gets notified that he/she is using a deprecated configuration property?
