test: Fix act errors in SqlEditorLeftBar test

SUMMARY

This PR fixes 12 act errors in superset-frontend/src/SqlLab/components/SqlEditorLeftBar/SqlEditorLeftBar.test.jsx

Note: I also cleaned up the renders.

TESTING INSTRUCTIONS

• cd into superset-frontend/src/SqlLab/components/SqlEditorLeftBar
• run npm run test superset-frontend/src/SqlLab/components/SqlEditorLeftBar/SqlEditorLeftBar.test.jsx
• Observe that there are no act errors in the console
