An upstream update dropped the deprecated -d option from pacstrap, which broke mkarchroot in devtools-alarm. Apply the upstream devtools patch to fix this issue.

I know, but you frequently claim that PRs are left open indefinitely because there's something wrong with them

Since you appear to be an expert on this topic, I thought you could either shine some light on what's wrong or stop making claims like this that dismiss my contributions.

A common reason for PRs being ignored is not following the rules. @kmihelich is the maintainer of packages for which you opened PRs. I cannot speak for him.
