dep(playwright): update playwright to 1.41.2 #2492

Description

Upping from 1.41.0 to 1.41.2 (https://github.com/microsoft/playwright/releases/tag/v1.41.2)

Contains mostly bug fixes, so it doesn't look like there's any breaking changes. Browser versions also remain the same.

Note: Failing test is due to running on --spot instances and them being unavailable. Unrelated.
