Description of your changes

This PR adds a link to the AWS Lambda performance tuning sample to the main README files as well as the docs.

This demo shows common optimization techniques related to bundling and generally handling a high number of TPS.

The demo was created for a Chalk Talk for re:invent 2023 (SVS319).
