Switch system stats from 10s interval to 150s interval

While looking at the dashboard it occurred that the cpu usage and cpu temp values are only updated every 5 minutes. At least that's how often the values change.

Therefore it does not make sense to collect the data every 10 seconds. Interval will be changed to 2:30 minutes.
