Merge of different forks of the repository to handle media keys and modifiers
Also rework USB endpoint to use EP1 as IN and OUT keyboard HID data (that allow reading leds states)

Add a raw HID interface with a custom protocol to modify RGB leds to wanted color (see tools/rgb.py)

As said on hackaday project, I'm waiting ch552 devboards to prevent bricking my macropad after hundreds of flashing, but, my plan is to implement the QMK protocol as seen in ch55xduino example
and to add to protocol my custom led commands.
